ALL scheduled Court for the Superior Court of Morgan County will be in session on the scheduled days at the scheduled times. You may find these scheduled court days by going to the Court Calendars and the master court list under the 2020 Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit Calendar.

These proceedings will be conducted wholly by video conference.  The public will be able to attend this proceeding by Zoom video-conference only.  In person attendance is prohibited during the Statewide Judicial Emergency.   A copy of the Order Declaring Statewide Judicial Emergency issued by the Supreme Court of Georgia may be found at the Supreme Court of Georgia’s website,, under the COVID-19 Information section. 

To attend the proceeding, you must contact the Morgan County Clerk’s Office.  The Clerk’s Office may be reached at (706) 342-3605 or by email at  You will then be given further instructions on how to attend the proceeding by video-conference. 

You must have an account with Zoom to be able to attend the Court proceeding.  If you do not yet have an account, you may register for one at  The Clerk’s Office will not be able to provide any technical support if you are having any difficulties.  You will instead have to contact the service provider for assistance.
